esides, a convention of co-operation binds TSM to Vaudoise Assurances. It joins two of the last completely independent insurance companies in the French-speaking region of Switzerland, with national dimension.
Due to this agreement, Vaudoise applies to TSM for all needs of her clients regarding marine insurance. This partnership allows TSM to reinforce considerably its presence on the Swiss territory, and to Vaudoise to satisfy her clients, thanks to the know-how of a non-rival company. The technical assistance for the advisers of the Vaudoise is supported by four TSM teams.

Finally, TSM can rely upon a worldwide network of loss adjusters, who assist consignees whose shipment has been lost or damaged and report the claim to the Company's head office in Switzerland.
